Background
Cryopreservation of surplus embryos serves to augment the success of assisted conception treatments for infertile couples.

BlastThaw^TM is supplied as ready-to-use solutions prepared with sucrose designed for thawing of human blastocysts frozen using BlastFreeze^TM (Cat. No. 1053).

The protocol is a modification of the published recommendations:
