MediCult has a series of ready-to-use products based on high quality formulations and raw materials to help in processing gametes prior to ICSI:
- ICSI Cumulase® and SynVitro® Hyadase are available for enzymatic removal of the cumulus complex from the oocytes.
- SpermSlowTM, PVP Medium and PVP Clinical Grade for immobilising spermatozoa.
- SynVitro® ICSI Holding Medium for holding the oocyte when performing the sperm injection during the ICSI procedure.
- Acidified Tyrodes Solution for chemical drilling of the ZP to facilitate hatching or removal of blastomeres in PGD.
- Biopsy Medium for blastomere biopsy of cleavage-stage embryos for PGD.
- Liquid Paraffin as an oil overlay for media.
