Oocytes must be kept in a solution with stable pH and temperature during the ICSI procedure.

SynVitro^®ICSI Holding Medium is ready-to-use and is especially designed for use during the intracytoplasmic sperm injection procedure where the oocyte is penetrated by the ICSI pipette.

SynVitro^®ICSI Holding Medium does not contain antibiotics or any components of biological origin and is therefore purely synthetic.
