Flushing Medium
Flushing Medium is for retrieval, washing and holding of oocytes.
Background
Oocytes must be kept in a solution with stable pH and temperature throughout oocyte retrieval and transport from the operating theatre to the embryology laboratory.
Flushing Medium is ready-to-use and designed for this purpose. Flushing Medium supplemented with Heparin is to be used to prevent clotting if blood is present after flushing the follicles.
Flushing Medium is CE marked.
